A bespoke service support for cancer patients aged 16-24 treated at Ipswich Hospital
We provide a unique personalised package of support for young people, including:
One-to-one health and wellbeing support
One-to-one/ group support to return to physical activity
Emotional support where needed
Group events supporting both the young person and their loved ones
Linking into community based initiatives/ services
Helping young people to live their best life through exceptionally challenging times
